: I've been productive
Jason, I decided to do some layouts based on our AIM convo you posted on the messageboard. The amount of pages and panels were something I just kind of went with, obvioulsy stuff like that will change but I think this is a really good start. Also I had some thoughts and ideas that I wanted to share with you.
1. Are we going to show Darla's words? We can just show Vice....er...Jimmy's thoughts instead. Or you can take a crack at writing a song for her to sing
2. After the confrontation with the bf, Vice should leave the bar to smoke a cigarette. You can't smoke inside bars in NYC and its a huge deal, this would be very recgonizable familiar thing to someone living in NY and a nice little touch. Ask your bro about it
3. Speaking of the BF, Im starting to really think he shouldn't be a redneck. Truthfully there just aren't that many rednecks around here. Also if his ex is that kind of gold digging bitch, she probably would be with some rich, trust fund frat boy douchebag. And those kind of guys love acting like tough shit
4. When he kills the BF's friend, maybe that guy could have pulled a knife on him or something? Just something to clear Jimmy of legal consequences when he kills him. Unless we want him to be a fugitive?
5. What is Jimmy and Darla's relationship? The way I'm viewing it (but you might have a completely different view which is why i'm asking) they're really good friends, some attraction there, but she views Jimmy as a friend and he hates it.
